Invite collaborators to your workspace


Get your teammates together in the same space.


In this article you will learn how to add collaborators to your workspace instead of a specific room or a mural.


Here's how:

  1. Go to "Manage workspace" (if you are the admin of the workspace you will be able to access by clicking on the name of the workspace in the upper left corner).
  2. Next click on "Invite people". Add the email addresses of the persons you want to invite. 
  3. Add a personalized welcome message. Once you are ready click "Send invitations".


When inviting collaborators to your workspace you can change their permissions at the same time. This way you can make sure that they have the access to the capabilities they need before joining.

After you have added the email addresses you can add the desired permissions for the new users and a customized message. When you are done just click Send Invitation.




You can also generate an invite link for the entire workspace. You can copy the link and paste it in an email together with instructions, or share it in any other channel. Anyone with the link can join your workspace. If needed you can delete the link to revoke access and generate a new one.

When your team members click on the link they will join your workspace.

New users who register with an email that has the same @domain as the workspace billing email, will by default have permission to create rooms, access public workspace rooms and publish templates.
